RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Will Leather Goods prides itself on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on eligible merchandise, within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• A request for return must be received within 30 days of purchase
• Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging
• Monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. Monogramming is done by hand using traditional machines, making each item unique. We thoroughly inspect each item, and only ship items that meet our quality standards.
• Proof of purchase is required
• We will honor price adjustments in the form of a gift card on full price merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase.
• Sale merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit up to 30 days from purchase, unless marked “FINAL SALE”.
• Returns will be refunded to original form of payment.
• Retail Cash returns over $200 will be refunded in the form of a corporate check and may take up to 14 days for processing.

Products purchased November 19th through December 24th will be eligible for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card through February 1st.

We take pride in the enduring quality of our handcrafted products, which is why we offer our customers a lifetime guarantee. Our lifetime guarantee is a warranty against defects in materials (leather and hardware such as snaps, zippers, buckles, rivets, etc.) and workmanship. Our leather, as with all natural materials, will occasionally have unique characteristics such as: small scars, creases and variations in the color and are not considered defects. Validated warranty repairs are repaired or replaced at no charge. Exclusions and Limitations include shoes, hats, furniture, watches, jewelry, clothing, home goods, vintage product and FINAL SALE merchandise.
How do I start a return?
Please respond to your order confirmation email, letting us know you’d like to initiate a return. Alternatively, you can reach out to [email protected] with your order number (e.g. thanks124). We’ll then be in touch to facilitate the rest!

Do I need a receipt?
Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number (e.g. thanks1234) or receipt in your email requesting a return. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange that is equivalent to the original purchase price.
What if I don’t have a receipt?
If you don’t have a receipt, we will work with you to verify your purchase. Please let us know as much information as you can about your purchase so that we can locate a record of it. Still have questions? Reach out to us at [email protected].
Do you offer free returns?
If you sign up for our Email Blast at the bottom of our homepage, you will automatically receive FREE RETURNS! (Excludes FINAL SALE, Monogrammed items, and International customers.)
How long will it take to process my return?
Once your return is received in our main office, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Can I place returns in a Will Leather Goods store?
Yes! Eligible merchandise can be returned at any Will Leather Goods store. Please be sure to bring your receipt and the item. An associate will be happy to help. While you’re in, feel free to grab a coffee or kombucha from our tap.
I bought a Will Leather Goods item from a third-party retailer. Can I return it to you?
If you purchased Will Leather Goods merchandise from one of our Valued Retailers, please contact them directly to facilitate a return or exchange.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS

To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we reserve the right to not refund the following:

Items with a missing label or an item that has been defaced

Items presented in store without a receipt or a valid ID

Items that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been cleaned

Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster

Items that were not purchased directly from Will Leather Goods (For example, items purchased at thrift stores, third-party retailers, or garage sales)

Items purchased at a sample sale

On rare occasions, Will Leather Goods may refuse a return based on the nature of prior transactions

Will Leather Goods is not responsible for any missing packages or COD. We have the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%, if product is not returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of packages received without a Return Authorization.
