We’ve meticulously considered every detail of this bag. The crossbody strap is adjustable and features a memory foam canvas and leather shoulder pad. As you open the turn lock, you’ll find a zippered pocket as well as an open L-shaped pocket for easy access to your essentials. The interior is lined by heavyweight canvas and our cozy signature plaid, with additional organization to fit pens and a phone. Your items are secured by antique brass hardware and the distinctive turn lock which can adjust to allow more space inside the bag or fit snug. perfect vertical-style messenger crossbody
I had been looking for a narrow/vertical, mid-sized daily-carry bag with a timeless look and excellent build quality. I own other bags I love and use from similar great leather shops (Portland Leather, Satchel & Page, Saddleback). First and foremost, this bag is in the class of quality and construction of these makers. Most messengers are horizontal design/layout. They are also typically configured for a laptop in some way, which I don't need for this bag's use. This bag will easily hold any tablet/iPad, books, umbrella, hat/gloves, a camera, other essentials. It can carry all of that together if you expand the bag, and much of that if it's not. And, it would absolutely also carry most any laptop (maybe not a huge gaming laptop) oriented vertically if you wanted to carry one in it. It's built as well as any bag I've held or owned, including those costing much more. The full grain leather is quite soft/flexible and can move/adjust to what you're choosing to carry (flat stuff vs. bulky). It has the right number and size of additional zip and open pockets. Not having been to Will physically, going off pictures, I was worried the flannel would be too soft and not as durable as I'd want. However, it is a super durable flannel that's closer to a canvas - but not as stiff or scratchy as canvas. It's still quite soft, but not soft like a flannel you'd wear. When you're using the bag, it is super comfortable at your side or flipped to your back as it sort of molds to your body (of course depending on what's in it). Delivery was very fast, and it was packaged very well and to the level you'd expect from a high-end boutique leather maker. It's world-class all the way. Really love it and I can see myself purchasing more from Will in the future. Glad I found them.

My favorite bag
I purchased this bag several years ago and I can't rave enough about it. It has worn so beautifully and I get compliments all the time. I love how you can unzip it for more storage or zip it up if you'd like it more compact. The flannel lining inside with a pillow is fun. Truly, it's a chunk of money, but it's definitely an investment. If I could justify another, I would purchase it without thinking twice. I'm not a person that reviews lots of products, so that is how much I like this bag.
