Returns & Exchanges

At Will Leather Goods, we take pride in crafting premium products with exceptional attention to detail. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help.


RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

You may return eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return request must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to their custom nature.
  • proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Price adjustments on full-price merchandise are honored as a gift card within 10 days of purchase.
  • Outpost and other discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30 days unless marked “FINAL SALE.”
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Cash refunds over $200 will be refunded via corporate check (processing time: up to 14 days).

If your are returning an eligible product for an Exchange in the United States, Will is happy to cover the shipping cost of the returned product. For exchanges from all other countries, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product and its replacement.
If the product is returned for a refund, the shipping cost will be covered by the customer.


HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

Items purchased between November 19 – December 24 are eligible for exchange or store credit through February 1.


HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at info@willleathergoods.com or reply to your order confirmation with your order number (e.g. WLG-1234). We’ll guide you through the rest!


IN-STORE RETURNS

Eligible items can also be returned at any Will Leather Goods store with a receipt.



NO RECEIPT?

We’ll do our best to locate your purchase. Share as many details as possible and we’ll work with you to find a solution.


LIFETIME GUARANTEE

We stand by the quality of our goods. Our Lifetime Guarantee covers:

  • Defects in materials (e.g. leather, zippers, rivets) and workmanship.
  • Unique leather characteristics such as small scars or creases are not considered defects.

Exclusions: Shoes, hats, furniture, watches, jewelry, clothing, home goods, vintage items, and final sale merchandise.


SPECIAL CONDITIONS

To ensure fairness and protect our customers, we reserve the right to refuse or delay returns under these circumstances:

  • Items missing labels or visibly altered.
  • Soiled or contaminated items (must be cleaned first).
  • No proof of purchase or valid ID presented.
  • Items damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disasters.
  • Items purchased from third parties (e.g. thrift stores, garage sales).
  • Sample sale purchases.
  • Repeat returns that raise concerns about abuse of the policy.
