1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

 

You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:

Eligible items must:

  • Be unworn and in original condition
  • Have all tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Refund details:

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
  • Cash refunds over $200 are processed by corporate check (allow up to 14 days)

Discounted items:

  • Items purchased at a discount (Sale Page or other markdowns) are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30 days, unless marked Final Sale

 


2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Monogrammed or personalized items
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Sample Sale purchases

 

 

3. Holiday Extended Return Policy

 

Items purchased between November 19 and December 24 are eligible for exchange or store credit through February 1 of the following year.

 

 

4. Lifetime Guarantee

 

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship, including leather, zippers, rivets, and construction.

Natural characteristics of leather, such as small scars, creases, or color variation, are not considered defects.

 

Exclusions:

Shoes, hats, furniture, watches, jewelry, clothing, home goods, vintage items, and sample sale or final sale merchandise.

 

Shipping for repairs:

  • If our team determines your item needs to be returned for repair, the cost of shipping the item to our facility is the customer’s responsibility
  • Once the repair is complete, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you
  • Return shipping coverage does not apply to international addresses

 

 

5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

 

By email:
Reply to your order confirmation or contact info@willleathergoods.com with your order number (example: WLG-1234). Our team will guide you through the process.

 

For Lifetime Guarantee inquiries, contact willservice@willleathergoods.com with photos of your item and original purchase information.

 

In store:
Eligible items can be returned or at any Will Leather Goods retail location with a receipt.

 

Claims for the Lifetime Guarantee can also be taken to any Will Leather Goods retail location for processing.

 

No receipt:
Provide as many details as possible about your purchase. We’ll do our best to locate your order and find a solution.

 

 

6. Special Conditions

 

To ensure fairness and protect all customers, we reserve the right to refuse or delay returns if:

  • Items are missing labels or visibly altered
  • Items are soiled or contaminated (must be cleaned first)
  • No proof of purchase or valid ID is presented
  • Damage is caused by fire, flood, or natural disasters
  • Items were purchased from third parties (thrift stores, garage sales, outlet stores)
  • Repeat returns raise concerns about policy abuse
  • Full price items are eligible for a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of purchase. Adjustments are issued as a gift card for the price difference.
