Our Lifetime Guarantee ensures that we stand behind the materials we use and our construction techniques. Should your Will product ever fail you or need a fix, we will work to repair it, and in some cases, we may need to replace it with a new one(*). This means we cover any manufacturer defects, and unexpected ‘wear & tear’ as the product ages.
(*) We cannot replace an item more than once.

Products sold at a discount on our Outpost Store
Merchandise purchased through our discount retailers or manufacturer outlets.


Proof of Purchase is required for all repairs covered under our Lifetime Guarantee. In the event that your proeuct does not fall under our Lifetime Guarantee, ask us about our paid repairs.
