What Does the WILL Lifetime Guarantee Cover?

Our Lifetime Guarantee reflects the confidence we have in the materials we use and the way our leather goods are made.

If an eligible WILL product experiences a manufacturer defect or unexpected wear and tear as it ages, we will evaluate the product and work to repair it whenever possible. In some cases, when a repair isn't possible or appropriate, the item may need to be replaced.

Proof of purchase is required for repairs covered under our Lifetime Guarantee.

Does WILL Leather Goods offer a lifetime guarantee?

Yes. Eligible WILL Leather Goods products are backed by our Lifetime Guarantee against qualifying issues related to materials, craftsmanship, construction, manufacturer defects, and certain unexpected wear and tear as the product ages.

What happens if my WILL product needs repair?

Contact our team with your proof of purchase. We'll evaluate the product and determine the appropriate repair. When a repair isn't possible, an eligible product may need to be replaced in accordance with the terms of our Lifetime Guarantee.

Does the Lifetime Guarantee cover normal leather aging?

Leather naturally changes with use. Patina, burnished edges, creasing, scratches, nicks, and changes in color can all be part of the normal aging process rather than evidence of a defect.

Are zippers and bag linings guaranteed for life?

Certain components—including fabric linings, exterior textiles, Velcro or elastic, and nylon zippers—are covered by a limited one-year guarantee from the original purchase date rather than the Lifetime Guarantee.

Do I need proof of purchase for a Lifetime Guarantee repair?

Yes. Proof of purchase is required for repairs covered by the WILL Leather Goods Lifetime Guarantee.

What if my product isn't covered by the Lifetime Guarantee?

Contact us anyway. Depending on the product and repair needed, we may be able to work with you. Either way, your satisfaction is our number one guarantee, if you're not happy, we want to hear from you and try to make it right.

How should I care for my WILL leather goods?

Exceptions to the Lifetime Guarantee

1-Year Limited Guarantee

Some components and product categories are covered by a limited one-year guarantee from the original date of purchase, including:

  • Fabric linings of leather bags
  • Exterior fabric and textiles
  • Velcro or elastic
  • Nylon zippers
  • Found Items, Antiques & Artifacts
  • Home Goods

Lifetime Guarantee Exclusions

The following are not covered by the WILL Leather Goods Lifetime Guarantee:

  • Products purchased at Sample Sale
  • Products purchased at 50% off or marked Final Sale
  • Merchandise purchased through discount retailers or manufacturer outlets

Proof of purchase is required for all repairs covered under the Lifetime Guarantee.
