Products sold at Sample Sale, 50% Off or Final Sale
Merchandise purchased through our discount retailers or manufacturer outlets.
Proof of Purchase is required for all repairs covered under our Lifetime Guarantee. In the event that your product does not fall under our Lifetime Guarantee, ask us about our paid repairs.

Will Leather Goods is proud to offer you a Lifetime Guarantee. In exchange, we ask that you preserve your product with leather care. Conditioning your leather ensures its strength and longevity. Our Lifetime Guarantee ensures that we stand behind the materials we use and our construction techniques. Should your Will product ever fail you or need a fix, we will work to repair it, and in some cases, we may need to replace it with a new one(*). This means we cover any manufacturer defects, and unexpected ‘wear & tear’ as the product ages.
(*) We cannot replace an item more than once.
