"I absolutely love the quality of this briefcase. I bought my briefcase in 2017. In 2024 after 8 years of continuous daily use it needed some repair work done. I sent that Will Leather Goods customer service that for repair. They said it is not possible to repair it and promptly sent me a new one, without me even asking for it ! They have excellent customer service. It is still my daily use briefcase."
"I purchased this briefcase years ago and the zipper broke. I sent it back for repairs and found out it could not be replaced. Will stands behind their products and sent me a replacement. They could have easily just said it was out of warranty. This is how a company should be ran which builds customer loyalty!!"
"When I purchased this bag, I wanted something professional for my job and reliable for my life, and I've been thrilled with how it's fit into those roles. It's big enough to carry everything I need for the office but small enough to be unobtrusive. Aesthetically, it's gorgeous, and I've received a number of compliments on it, and works with any outfit I have. However, what I love most about it are all the elements beyond it's appearance. I've owned a number of satchel bags in my life, and I can honestly say this is the most intuitive and functional bag that I've had the pleasure of using. "This bag looks cool, sophisticated and rugged. For a men‚ bag i need rugged but not too burley. And i didn't want something too polished or messy. And it‚ black. I good looking bag with all the above that‚ black is harder to find. I found just a few others but they costed hundreds more and this one was still my fav. Time will tell how it holds up. I work in advertising in an office environment. Laptop fits well, just enough room for my tech bag. iPad. Anything more and the bag doesn't look as nice. I don't mind, it‚ not meant to be over packed."

"This is one of those bags that you instantly recognize as high quality the second you hold it. Beautiful, rich leather. impeccable construction. Nice having something on your shoulder that could be in a museum. But what a waste that would be. The size is perfect for your MacBook, iPad, and the goodies you need for a plane ride. Not so big your bag weighs a ton, but ample to carry your essential stuff on a business trip or for pleasure. It is a classic that will become even sweeter though the years of wear and tear."
